OpzaStudio
ConceptPrincipal-led residential interior studio, Dubai

Strong images had to remain central without letting the site collapse into an image dump or inventing project evidence that did not exist.

Website Design

Problem

Residential interior studios often have strong photography but present it as a loose image sequence with little context. Visitors can judge taste, but they cannot see the brief, constraints, or decisions that shaped the work. This concept needed to connect each image to clear design reasoning, make selected project studies easier to compare, and give serious homeowners a more useful path into a residential project enquiry.

Residential Interior Studio Website

The work

We built the site around project evidence rather than a gallery. The homepage explains the category problem, introduces Residence 01, and uses an asymmetrical project index to lead visitors into the detailed study.

Residence 01 pairs wide interior imagery with four numbered decisions covering the threshold between rooms, integrated joinery, material restraint, and the relationship between light and privacy. On desktop, a narrow decision rail stays beside the imagery. On smaller screens, each explanation moves directly before the image it describes.

The project index keeps Residences 02 and 03 as index-only entries instead of implying that unfinished detail pages exist. An illustrative approach section shows the information needed for a useful project conversation without presenting it as a real studio methodology.

The enquiry flow validates six required fields locally, preserves entered values, and creates an on-page project summary. It never sends a message and states that clearly.

We also built keyboard navigation, visible focus states, reduced-motion behaviour, responsive image handling, and a self-contained browser preview with no external font or image requests.

What we built
Four-route responsive concept website Project index with three selected residential studies One detailed project story with four numbered design decisions Desktop decision rail and mobile in-flow decision sequence Material schedule and abstract decision diagram Illustrative residential project approach Local-only enquiry validation, summary, and Edit state Accessible navigation, focus, error, and reduced-motion behaviour Self-contained interactive browser preview
Outcome
The concept changes the portfolio from a loose sequence of attractive images into a structured project story. Each image is connected to a brief, constraint, decision, material choice, or spatial effect, and the enquiry path asks for the information needed to begin a useful project conversation.
