Who we are

Who’s behind Opza Studio

Opza Studio is a small, focused team led by its founder, Arash Nahandian. It is built around how a project is actually run: locked scope before the build starts, direct contact with the people doing the work, and no quiet phase two added after the contract is signed.

Arash stays involved in the work the studio takes on, so the senior person you speak to at the start is part of the build itself.

The team carries the system. The studio carries the reputation.

Why we exist

Why this studio exists

Arash has spent more than 13 years in digital and web work. Across those years a pattern kept repeating. Established businesses with strong operations and real customers, running websites that quietly worked against them: slow to load, unclear about what the business actually does, awkward on a phone, letting enquiries the business had already earned slip away. Opza Studio was built to close that gap, with the discipline that keeps the fix from unravelling halfway through.

Because most of the damage in this market doesn’t happen at the design stage. It happens after the deposit clears. Scope drifts. Updates slow down. The person who quoted the project hands it to someone the client has never spoken to. By the time the site or app finally launches, the client has spent more energy managing the agency than the agency spent managing the project.

We built Opza Studio around fixing that specific failure, not around having better taste than the next agency. Locked scope, weekly visibility, a clear price for anything outside the original agreement, and a handover that leaves you owning the work outright, code and all. That’s the actual product. The website and app design are how it gets delivered.

What we take

What we take, and what we don’t

What we take

We work with established Dubai businesses that already have proof their business works and need a website or app to match it. A new location, a rebrand already in motion, an outdated site costing real deals, an operational bottleneck a spreadsheet can no longer hold. That’s the work we take.

Work we turn down

We turn down a few kinds of work on purpose. We don’t quote fixed prices for unproven ideas dressed up as established businesses. We don’t take projects where nobody can say who the actual customer is. We don’t compete with offshore shops on price, and we don’t promise outcomes the market controls, not us. If any of that describes what you’re looking for, we’d rather tell you now than after a deposit.

Small, on purpose

Small, on purpose

We stay small because it’s the only way the system above actually holds. A large agency adds account managers, junior staff, and a queue between you and the people doing the work. We’ve chosen the opposite: fewer people, direct senior involvement from the founder, and a scope that gets locked before anyone starts building.

The size isn’t a limitation we’re working around. It’s the reason the process stays honest.

What to expect

What you can expect

The agreement

You’ll talk to the people building your site or your app, with the founder involved in the work rather than a layer between you and it. You’ll get a written scope before the clock starts, a weekly read on where the project stands, and a clear price for anything that comes up outside that scope. You’ll own the finished work outright.

We can’t promise what the market does with it once it’s live. We can promise the project gets built the way it was quoted.
