A genuine redesign keeps your existing page structure and content and fixes the design, speed, and usability.
Your business changed. Your website didn't.
For Dubai businesses whose site was right five years ago and is wrong now. We start with a paid audit, so you know exactly what's needed before you commit to a price.
The problem
Most redesign clients reach us through a comparison moment. A competitor's site looks newer. A prospect mentioned the site felt dated. Someone new at the company said it out loud first. The site usually still works technically. It just no longer represents what the business actually does, or it quietly undersells the company next to competitors who've moved on.
The fix sounds simple on a sales call: just refresh the look. It rarely is. That's the exact gap this service is built to close before it costs you money.
Redesign or rebuild: the question we answer first
The moment a project needs new pages, a new sitemap, or new positioning, that’s a rebuild, scoped and priced as one.
Most agencies let this distinction blur until halfway through the project, when the bill suddenly looks like a rebuild and feels like a surprise. We make the call at the audit stage, in writing, before anything is signed.
What you get
Visual Refresh
Same structure, same content, give or take a page. Better design, mobile cleanup, speed fixes, and small usability improvements, with content reorganized within the pages that already exist. For a site with good bones and weak design.
Strategic Redesign
A new page hierarchy, reorganized navigation, rewritten sections, conversion improvements, analytics, a redirect map, and an SEO-safe launch. Content volume stays roughly where it is; this tier sharpens and reorganizes what already exists rather than generating new sections from scratch.
Revenue-Critical Rebuild
A full rebuild, named and priced as one, for a site that affects leads, hiring, paid ads, bookings, or how customers and investors see the business. New structure, new content, full integration work, and the complete scope of a new build applied to an existing property.
Every tier includes migration of your existing content into the new structure and two rounds of revision per milestone. The finished code is yours outright.
Website Redesign work, in practice
A few of these started the way most redesigns do: a site that had fallen behind the business it represents. We built out what fixing that gap could look like before any contract existed. Each piece carries a clear Concept or Client project tag. The list grows as real redesigns finish.
A professional services firm whose site had stayed unchanged through two rounds of rebranding.
A retailer that had built out new product lines and couldn't fit them into the existing page structure.
A company whose rankings had held but whose site no longer matched the business it represented.
The audit: the entry point and the gate
Before any quote, a short free fit call confirms basic fit. From there, the paid Audit & Rebuild Plan examines your current site (UX, performance, mobile, SEO risk, redirects) and produces three things: the redesign-or-rebuild determination, the recommended tier, and a fixed quote. The audit fee is creditable toward the project if you proceed within 30 days.
Before the audit, we need:access to your existing site and CMS, hosting and domain credentials, and at least one specific, concrete thing you don't like about the current site. The audit surfaces the rest.
What we don't do
New content creation. If the project needs new copy, that's priced separately or provided by you, the same rule as Website Design.
A new sitemap inside a Visual Refresh. If the audit finds that a Refresh isn't enough, the project moves to Strategic Redesign or Rebuild, and you'll see the revised quote before agreeing to it.
Keeping content for sentimental reasons that conflicts with the actual fix. If an old page or piece of copy is causing the problem you hired us to solve, we'll flag it at the audit stage rather than quietly leaving it in place.

A short free fit call comes first, to confirm basic fit. From there, the paid Audit & Rebuild Plan gives you the redesign-or-rebuild answer and a fixed quote, with the audit fee credited toward the project if you move forward within 30 days.
FAQ
What's the actual difference between a redesign and a rebuild?
A redesign keeps your page structure and core content and fixes design, speed, and usability. A rebuild changes the structure, the content, or the positioning itself. The audit tells you which one your site actually needs, in writing, before any contract is signed.
How much does a redesign cost?
Visual Refresh starts at AED 14,000. Strategic Redesign starts at AED 28,000. A full Revenue-Critical Rebuild starts at AED 50,000. The audit sets the real number for your specific site.
Will we lose our current rankings or content?
No. Migration of your existing content, and an SEO-safe redirect map, are included in every tier. The audit specifically checks for SEO risk before the redesign starts.
What if the audit says we actually need a rebuild?
You'll see that finding and the revised quote before agreeing to anything further. The audit fee is credited toward whichever tier you proceed with.
How long does a redesign take?
Visual Refresh runs two to three weeks. Strategic Redesign runs four to five weeks. A Revenue-Critical Rebuild is timed at the audit stage, since it carries the scope of a new build.
