Clinic staff had no single place to see which follow-up mattered now, what had already been tried, and what needed to happen next.

Problem
Recall appointments, missed appointments, and consultation follow-ups were spread across spreadsheets, notes, calls, and messaging tools. Staff had to reconstruct the history before deciding what to do next. That made the daily order unclear. Contact attempts could be missed, duplicated, or left without a next action. A task could sit between “needs follow-up” and “booked” without a reliable state. We needed to reduce the problem to one staff workflow: show the priority, show the attempt history, log the outcome, and move the task to a clear booked or scheduled state.
This is an interactive prototype running in the browser. It is not a shipped application.
The work
We designed a fixed-viewport mobile workflow around one daily recall queue. Staff can open a follow-up record, review previous attempts, log Reached, No response, or Follow up later, add a short operational note, and choose the next action.
The Reached branch continues into deterministic fixture-slot selection, booking review, and a confirmed state that updates the Today queue. The other branches preserve the task with a visible status and next date. Queue filters, local activity, validation, edit and undo, keyboard focus, reduced motion, and internal scrolling complete the prototype.
Every record is fictional. The prototype uses local deterministic data only. It does not connect to patient records, communications, live availability, a calendar, or a clinic system.

- The concept consolidates a fragmented follow-up process into one visible state-driven flow. Priority, attempt history, next action, and completion status are kept together, so the structure is clear from the queue through booking confirmation. Nothing was shipped or released from this concept. There is no usage or performance data.
